So, in case you find a defect in a product you have received, please inform us immediately by phone or e-mail. We will ask you to return it to us at no charge to you and we will make sure it is replaced as soon as possible from the date of receipt and if it has been checked and certified for the defect reported.
In case it is not possible to replace the defective product due to availability, then our company will return its monetary value to the customer.
